B2C Account Manager (Greece)

Are you ready to find meaning in your work, bring smiles to tens of thousands of students and grow 10x?

If you:
- thrive in a fast-paced environment and create clarity and focus amidst uncertainty and ambiguity
- are a confident and empathetic person with unremarkable communication skills
- are confident to create valuable connections via phone calls and convert leads into customers by yourself (B2C sales)
- are strategical problem solver with the ability to create converting sales process by yourself
- are a native Greek speaker, also communicative in English
- are the most organized person you know, with customer-obsessed mindset and great listening skills – if you do not find joy in logistics, this role is not for you
- have 1+ year of experience building strong relationships with outbound B2C clients (preferably via telemarketing)
- have prior experience working in startup environment (education or edu-related field would be a big plus!)

- work closely with the CEO and COO + Marketing team to find opportunities to further integrate and align with the teams we support
- manage initiatives that ladder up to team objectives, collaborating extensively across the business, and the world
- develop, execute, and report B2C sales strategies
- build and manage your own (cold and warm) sales and onboard parents in a converting way in a long-run
- research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users
